The service

DYP Hydrate is a hydration-electrolyte product; DYP AI is a companion assistant that gives general hydration guidance based on what you tell it. When a live AI model is unavailable or not configured, DYP AI runs in a deterministic demo mode and says so in the interface — it is still built for illustration, not for relied-upon guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a DYP AI account or use the chat. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

Use DYP AI for its intended purpose: general hydration guidance for yourself.
Don't try to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying model or infrastructure.
Don't use the service to generate or share unlawful, harassing or medically dangerous content.
Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.

Not medical advice. Not for emergencies. DYP AI does not diagnose, treat or manage medical conditions. If you or someone with you is confused, has collapsed, or can't keep fluids down, stop using the app and call your local emergency services immediately.

Accounts and security

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We store passwords using a salted one-way hash — we never have access to your plain-text password.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including moving between live and demo AI modes, at any time. We'll try to keep the interface honest about which mode you're in. We may update these Terms; material changes will ask you to re-confirm your consent before you can keep chatting.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYP and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for outcomes resulting from following general guidance instead of seeking professional medical advice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of İzmir, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
